Terms of Use

BIZFLUENCE is a marketplace that helps vetted content creators and local businesses in Israel find each other, agree on a collaboration, and manage it. During the pilot it is operated by Itay Magen, as an individual. There is no registered company behind BIZFLUENCE: your agreement is with him personally, and he is liable to you for every obligation of BIZFLUENCE. Write to getbizfluence@gmail.com about anything. BIZFLUENCE is an intermediary. Every collaboration is an agreement between the business and the creator. BIZFLUENCE is not a party to it, is not the creator's employer or agent, and is not the business's advertising agency. Creators act as independent contractors: they choose which offers to accept, work with other clients, use their own equipment, and set their own hours.

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. Creators and businesses submit an application that BIZFLUENCE reviews manually. You must provide accurate information, including real follower counts and a real business, and keep it current. BIZFLUENCE may decline, pause, or remove an account or campaign that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines.

A Deal is formed when one side proposes terms in the app and the other side accepts the newest version. Deal terms (price, benefit such as a meal or product, deliverables, platforms, deadline, revisions, usage rights, disclosure label) are the parties' agreement. During the pilot BIZFLUENCE does not process, hold, or transfer money: any payment is made directly between the business and the creator by a method they choose.

Every post produced under a Deal is advertising. The creator must label it clearly and next to the content with the disclosure label agreed in the Deal (for example פרסומת or שיתוף פעולה בתשלום), in line with the Consumer Protection Law and the guidance of the Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority. The business must not ask for an unlabelled post. Content must be truthful and must not present a paid opinion as an independent one.

Creators keep the copyright in the content they make. The business receives the usage rights written in the Deal and nothing more. Uploading content to BIZFLUENCE grants BIZFLUENCE a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show it to the other party and to operate the service. Work completed and approved under a Deal is also shown on the creator's card to other registered users, after BIZFLUENCE has checked it, with the business's name and the month of the work, until the creator hides it or the business withdraws its consent; each of them can do so at any time. Each side confirms it holds the rights this needs and that it does not conflict with the usage rights in the Deal. The creator confirms that every identifiable person in the content agreed to appear in it; anyone who appears in it may ask getbizfluence@gmail.com to remove it from the card, and it will be.

Reporting copyright infringement. If you believe content on BIZFLUENCE (a photo, video, text or logo) infringes your copyright, write to getbizfluence@gmail.com. Include: (1) your full name and a way to contact you; (2) which work of yours is affected and what your right in it is; (3) where the content is: a link, the account name, or a description that lets us find it; (4) why you believe the use is not permitted; (5) the statement: "The information in this notice is true and complete, and I own the right or am authorised to act for its owner." We will confirm receipt and review the notice within a reasonable time. We may hide the content while we review it. If the claim has a basis, we will remove the content and tell both you and the person who uploaded it.

Counter-notice. If we removed content you uploaded and you think we were wrong, write to the same address within 14 days: what was removed, why you are allowed to use it (for example, you made it or have permission), and confirmation that the information is true. We will pass the substance of your reply to the person who complained, without your contact details unless you agree. If that person does not tell us within 14 days that they have gone to court, we may restore the content. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be closed. We do not decide legal disputes, and we will follow any court order.

Ratings, reports, and moderation decisions are made in good faith. BIZFLUENCE may keep records of Deals, messages, and moderation actions as long as needed to operate the service and resolve disputes. PRO features are free during the pilot; any future paid plan will be presented with its price before it can be purchased.

The service is provided as is during the pilot. To the extent permitted by Israeli law, BIZFLUENCE is not liable for the conduct of users, for the outcome of a collaboration, or for indirect damages. Israeli law governs these terms and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction. Privacy Policy

Who collects your data and who is responsible for it: Itay Magen, the operator of BIZFLUENCE. He decides the purposes of the processing, so he is the controller of the database under the Privacy Protection Law, and he has access to the data. Reach him at getbizfluence@gmail.com, including for a request to see, correct or delete your data. This notice is given under section 11 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law. What we collect: your name, email address, date of birth (to confirm you are 18 or older), city, profession and biography; your social accounts, follower counts and portfolio media; for businesses, the business name, category, address, website, social accounts, brand media and a contact person's details; the campaigns, likes, matches, chat messages, attachments, Deal terms, deliverables, ratings and reports you create in the app; and technical logs such as IP address, device type and time of access.

Why we collect it: to review applications and keep the marketplace to real, vetted people; to show creators and businesses to each other and rank matches; to run chat, Deals and collaborations; to send account notifications; to keep the service secure and prevent fraud; and to understand how the pilot is used. We do not use your data for advertising to you and we do not sell it.

Is providing data mandatory: no. There is no legal duty to provide any of it. But without the details marked as required you cannot register, and without an approved profile you cannot appear in discovery or take part in collaborations.

Who receives your data: the other party to a match sees your public profile; after a match, both parties see what is needed to work together. Photos and videos in an approved profile are shown to signed-in users and can also be viewed by anyone who holds a direct link to them. Work from a completed collaboration, once BIZFLUENCE has checked it, is shown on the creator's card to businesses in the app with the business's name, and can also be viewed through a direct link, until the creator hides it or the business withdraws its consent. Service providers that process data for us: Supabase (database, storage and sign-in, hosted in Frankfurt, EU), Cloudflare (application hosting), the email provider that sends sign-in codes, and Google when you choose to sign in with Google. Each provider is bound by a data-processing agreement. Data may be transferred to the European Union, which Israeli transfer regulations recognise as offering adequate protection. Authorities receive data only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it: as long as your account is active, and afterwards as long as needed to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and keep records of collaborations and moderation. You can ask us to delete your account; we will delete or anonymise your data unless we must keep it by law.

How we protect it: data is stored on encrypted infrastructure; every database table is protected by row-level security and reached only through the application server; sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies; access to the data is limited to the pilot's operator, Itay Magen, and to the service providers listed above. We follow the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations at the level that fits the database.

Your rights: you may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw consent for future processing. Write to getbizfluence@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you believe your privacy was breached you may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.

Children: the service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18; if we learn that we did, we delete it. Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the service; there are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Consent: by ticking the consent box at registration you agree to the processing described here. You may withdraw that consent at any time by closing your account. Cookie Policy

Last updated 2026-10-06. This policy explains every cookie and similar technology BIZFLUENCE uses. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party trackers anywhere in the product.

Strictly necessary cookies are the only cookies we set. A session cookie keeps you signed in after you enter your email code or use Google; a registration cookie lets you return to an unfinished application on the same device before you have an account; and an administration cookie exists only for the pilot operator's own console. All three are set by BIZFLUENCE itself, are marked HttpOnly and Secure so no script can read them, and use SameSite protection against cross-site use.

These cookies are exempt from the consent requirement because the service cannot be delivered without them: you cannot stay signed in without a session. That is why you are not shown a cookie banner. If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary — analytics or advertising of any kind — we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to refuse and still use the service.

We also use your browser's local storage to remember one thing: whether you chose Hebrew or English. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

When you choose to sign in with Google, Google sets its own cookies under its own policy as part of signing you in. That happens only if you pick that option. Fonts are served from our own servers rather than from a font network, so loading a page does not reveal your address to a third party.

You can delete cookies or block them in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent registration from completing. Questions: getbizfluence@gmail.com.

Community Guidelines

Be accurate, respectful, and professional. No harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fake or bought followers and engagement, unsafe products, illegal content, spam, or attempts to bypass BIZFLUENCE safeguards.

Respect the physical side of local collaborations: show up when you agreed to, treat staff and guests well, and never pressure the other side into terms that were not in the Deal. Honour the disclosure label on every post.

Users can block and report accounts. BIZFLUENCE may investigate, restrict, reject, or remove accounts and campaigns while protecting reporters where practical. Repeated or serious breaches end the account.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

During the pilot no money passes through BIZFLUENCE. There is no checkout in the app, nowhere to enter a payment method, and BIZFLUENCE does not process, hold or transfer funds. Payment terms are set in the Deal between the business and the creator, and payment itself happens directly between them.

Payment, cancellation and refund between a business and a creator are agreed directly between them as part of the Deal. Either side may cancel a Deal in the app before work starts; after work starts, cancellation is a matter between the parties, and BIZFLUENCE can mark the collaboration as disputed and record both sides' statements.

PRO features are free during the pilot, so there is nothing to refund. Real cancellation windows, refund eligibility, commission treatment, payout holds, and chargeback allocation must be approved by Israeli counsel and the future payment provider before real payments start.

Influencer Advertising Disclosure

Under the Consumer Protection Law and the position of the Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Authority, any post made for money, a free product, a meal, a discount, or another benefit is advertising. It must be disclosed clearly, in a way viewers understand before engaging, and next to the content: at the start of the caption or in the first seconds of a video, not buried in hashtags.

Every Deal in BIZFLUENCE names the label the creator will use, for example פרסומת, תוכן שיווקי, שיתוף פעולה בתשלום, or Paid partnership. The creator adds it to every post from the collaboration and, where the platform offers one, uses its branded-content tool as well. A benefit must be given regardless of the opinion expressed; a business may not condition the benefit on a positive review.

Creators and businesses remain responsible for current Israeli advertising requirements and platform-specific branded-content tools. Unlabelled sponsored content may be reported in the app and can lead to removal of the account. Final guidance must be reviewed by Israeli advertising counsel before launch.

Accessibility Statement

BIZFLUENCE (getbizfluence.com and the app) is run by Itay Magen. We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use it. Last updated 2026-10-06.

Level: built to Israeli Standard 5568 and WCAG 2.1 level AA. We checked it ourselves on 5 October 2026 with an automated checker, keyboard-only use and screen enlargement. This is not an expert audit.

What we did: the screens before sign-up work with a keyboard alone, with a clear ring showing where you are. Every button and field has a name a screen reader can read, and a choice you made is announced. Text contrast meets the standard on the screens we checked. The site is marked as Hebrew, right to left. When your device asks for reduced motion, animations stop. There is no accessibility plugin: accessibility is built into the code, and your device's zoom and screen reader work as usual.

Not yet accessible: the screens after sign-in have not been fully checked. At very high zoom (400%) the sign-up step labels overlap and the choice area becomes narrow. We have not yet tested with a phone screen reader. Photos and videos creators upload are their own content and may lack captions or descriptions.
